We are very much looking forward to seeing you at St. John's on Sunday 23 August, 10h30. If you plan to attend, please click HERE to send an email.
There is very limited seating, we do not wish to turn anyone away however at this time we can only seat 36 people for the service.
All appropriate health precautions have been observed.
Please note, at this time we
cannot assure the use of toilets nor water.
Fr David Houghton, Locum priest, and St John’s Menton Chaplaincy Council are eagerly looking forward to welcoming you to St John’s Church. This marks the final stage in 10 years of restoring this fine and beloved Church and the first stage in opening for worship after the period of confinement. At last you will be able to enjoy this place of holiness and peace. The 10h30 Eucharist will necessarily take a very simple form for the initial period and we will be observing the appropriate precautions.
There will be a somewhat limited capacity, sadly no hymn singing and no refreshments. Nonetheless our welcome will be the warmest and happiest.
Over the summer we expect to be able to offer much more as a Christian body in Menton and are very thankful for all the support, encouragement and prayer over so many years.
We wish you all every blessing this summertime.
Please help us follow these guidelines issued by the Church of England & France.
-All surfaces to be disinfected prior to public worship.
-Hand sanitising stations upon entry and exit.
