A note from The Rev'd Chris Parkman

The Rev'd Chris Parkman is the permanent, part-time priest at St. John's Church.

On behalf of the whole St John’s community, welcome! We are a church offering worship in English and welcoming people of all nations and traditions.

With our sister organisation the St John’s English Library, and the flexibility of our space for a wide variety of use, we aim to be a welcoming space for all, a place for those with faith, those searching, and those with none.

Founded in 1868 as a church within the Anglican Diocese in Europe, our church building stands in the centre of Menton, right on the corner of the main Avenues and opposite the Casino.

Following a decade of rebuilding and restoration the Church re-opened in July 2020, with a new pipe organ and modern facilities including a kitchen also a new library and hospitality space, which we use for exhibitions and local community events.

We are so grateful to the hard work and commitment of so many who have enabled St John’s to be the place it is today. And we look forward to continuing to grow and be a place where all are welcomed!

We invite you to come and share our life in Jesus Christ!

Sunday Eucharist Service, 10h30 with refreshments immediately following. All are welcome.
